Question: Discuss about the Integrated Business Challenges. Answer: In todays world, employers not only believe on the resume of the employees those who admit of having skills in communication and have crisis management ability as well as maintain teamwork. The employers look up for the evidence of the skills that a candidate has developed. It is important to document the evidences of what I have learned and how I have developed my personal skills that will allow the employers to mark me as an eligible employee for the organization (Olsen and Burk 2014). For developing my skills as a promising event manager, I have adapted various strategies to increase my knowledge. I have attained knowledge about coherent business challenges, which will help me to think big and imagine concepts that will make the events more successful and develop my capability for crisismanagement (Cox, Daspit, McLaughlin and Jones III 2012). My skills improved during the semester because these skills brought in me the power to think big, adapt new ideas, visualize agendas and improve my communication skills. I developed my skills by working as a crew trainer in Mc Donalds St. Kilda Beach where I learned about customer services, business and sales skill. While developing my skills I understood the business challenges I have to face as an event manager and the sense of responsibilities I need to have in myself regarding my work (Masterman 2014). I understood the facts that I need to observe during customer services and client visits. While developing the skill I got very motivated about improving my personality and deal with my inner entity. I also got an opportunity to learn about crisismanagement and learned how to handle large projects. I felt very obliged on learning how to develop and evaluate my skills as an event manager. In one word, I learned the full procedure to become an event manager. All of the skills will help me to become a better event manager. The skills that I developed have improved my communication skills, thinking power, capability to manage crisis. In future, I will be able to perform my work without any problem from my side regarding to themanagement of the events. I will be able to be a good event manger and mange different occasions and events and help my team to do well. The development in me has brought dynamism and the energy to work hard, be more effective with my clients during interactive sessions, discuss the profit and loss with my teammates, and ask for their suggestion as well. My team will follow gender balance, discipline, and have knowledge about languages. Teammates will increase their roles, maintain team spirit, and understand their responsibilities, have an impressive approach towards clients (Rothaermel 2015) References: Cox, M.Z., Daspit, J., McLaughlin, E. and Jones III, R.J., 2012.
